    Debbie Forster MBE is an award-winning figure in the areas of diversity, tech and education. She is CEO of the Tech Talent Charter, an industry collective driving greater inclusion and diversity in UK tech. She was awarded an MBE in 2017 for “Services to Digital Technology and Tech Development”. She was awarded Women in IT Awards Diversity Leader of the Year 2018, and Computer Weekly also named her Most Influential Woman in UK IT for 2019. Debbie chairs the Institute of Coding's Diversity Board and serves on the government's Digital Economy Council and its Money and Pensions Service advisory board.

  • SESSION DETAILS:

    With women making up two-thirds of the customer service workforce, but less than half of customer leadership positions going to women, there is a clear problem with diversity that needs to be addressed. Rebecca’s talk highlights the negative impact a lack of female leadership in CX could be having on the UK customer experience landscape, why achieving more women in CX leadership could hold the key to more successful and balanced work environments, and what businesses can do today to make a genuine start on resolving this highly relevant issue.
